Day 1 : Arrival/ Delhi (By international flight)

• Meet assistance on arrival Delhi airport and transfer to hotel.

• Evening free at leisure.

• Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Delhi/Rishikesh (Narender Nagar) (250 kms approx 07 hrs)

• After breakfast proceed to Rishikesh.

• Lunch at Mid-Way Drive-In.

• On arrival in Rishikesh check in to Ananda in the Himalayas Resort.

• After fresh “N” up Ayurveda treatment.

• Overnight at Ananda in the Himalayas Resort in Rishikesh.

Day 3 : Narender Nagar (Ananda in the Himalayas Resort)

• Morning Yoga & Meditation class at Ananda.

• Later breakfast. Then relax until Lunch.

• After Lunch visit Rishikesh holy pilgrimage for Hindus and the Birth Place of YOGA, Visiting Hindu Temples & evening at 6 PM, participate in GANGA AARTI at Parmarth Mandir (Prayer of Holy River Ganges with Rousoku).

• Back to Resort & enjoy your dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel in Rishikesh.

Day 4 : Narendra Nagar (Ananda in the Himalayas Resort)

• AM, Yoga & Meditation class.

• Then after breakfast full day Ayurveda treatment activities in Ananda in the Himalayas Resort.

• Evening free at leisure.

• Overnight at Resort.

Day 5 : Narendra Nagar (Ananda in the Himalayas Resort)

• AM, Yoga & Meditation class.

• Then after breakfast full day Ayurveda treatment activities in Ananda in the Himalayas Resort.

• Evening free at leisure.

• Overnight at Resort.

Day 6 : Rishikesh/Delhi, via Haridwar (250 kms approx. 07 hrs)

• After breakfast proceed to Haridwar ( Har Ki Pauri Ghat Mokuyokujo.) see the holy bath at Holy River Ganges, MOKUYOKU KENGAKU.

• Then proceed to Delhi Lunch at Drive-In.

• On arrival in Delhi check in to hotel, Evening Dinner.

• Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 7 : Delhi/Departure (Intl. flight)

• After Breakfast Ayurveda Treatment, Check out n free till departure for shopping or sightseeing until departure.

• Later transfer to International airport to connect flight for onward destination.
